The ZIM showing is located 5 kilometres east-northeast of Golden, British Columbia, and 7 kilometres southeast of the Mount Moberly silica mine (MINFILE 082N 001).

The property is underlain by thick sequences of pure to very pure quartzite of the Ordovician Mount Wilson Formation, occurring as north-northwest striking; usually steeply east dipping thrust panels. The quartzite occurs as friable sandstone, grading deeper to well cemented quartzite. Three structurally repeated exposures of quartzite occur on the property, of which two have possible economic potential.

In 2014, 92 Resources Inc. took 4 samples of quartzite from the west exposure at different vertical elevations within the rock unit (Assessment Report 35271). Metallurgical results averaged 98.6 per cent silica with a range of 98.3 to 99 percent silica. Contained boron within the quartzite samples averaged 10 parts per million. Results of frac sand determination indicated that two samples have sandstone of potentially economic frac sand characteristics. Results include durability exceeding 7000 pounds per square inch and size ranges of over 65 percent in the 40 to 170 mesh size ranges.

In 2017, 92 Resources Corp. completed a rock sampling program on the property. A total of 60 metallurgical and 53 frac sand samples were taken from three locations on the property containing the occurrence. Highlighted results included zones of 99 to 99.5 percent silica content.
